Hello there! I’m Olenna, a sweet and curious horse excited to share my story. Not long ago, I found myself at an auction in Shipshewana. A kind trainer from Galesburg took me home, but soon realized she didn’t have the time to work with me like she hoped.

Then this ranch saw my ad online since I was looking for a nice and quiet forever home! They loved the Standardbred breed, just like me, and I felt cherished right away. However, I came with a few bumps and bruises. My body had been a bit sore, and it seemed my TMJ and poll were out of place. My shoulders and hips felt tight, like a slinky that had been wound too tightly.

My new humans called in other humans that gave me lots of massages and chiropractic adjustments; making sure to take time to rest and recoup in between. Once spring is here for good, I will be easing into light tasks to help me get my muscles ready for trail rides. I’m not quite ready for riding with customers yet, but I can feel the excitement bubbling inside me. I look forward to when I can share rides and adventures with them in the woods!
