Hello there! I’m Olenna, a sweet and curious horse excited to share my journey with you. Not long ago, I found myself at an auction in Shipshewana. A kind trainer from Galesburg took me in, but soon realized she didn’t have the time to work with me as she had hoped.

Then, this ranch discovered my ad online while I was searching for a cozy forever home. They loved the Standardbred breed, just like me, and made me feel cherished right away. Initially, I came with a few bumps and bruises. My body was a bit sore, and it seemed like my TMJ and poll were out of place. My shoulders and hips felt off, like a slinky wound too tightly.

Thankfully, my new humans have worked with this sort of thing before! They called in experts who pampered me with massages and chiropractic adjustments, making sure I had time to rest and recover. Once spring arrived, I began easing into light tasks, preparing my muscles for trail rides. Sharing rides and adventures in the woods became a passion of mine as I think I am pretty good at it!

I am an easygoing and curious girl, always thrilled to make new friends. I’m a great listener and a joy to ride—just ask anyone! Whether it’s exploring new paths or having deep conversations, I’m happy to be a companion to all. Having something to do brings me joy, especially when it involves hanging out with my best little friend, Henry.

Henry and I love spending our time in the pasture, where we nap under the warm sun, munch on fresh grass, and sometimes, we race each other just for fun. Our time together is filled with the simple joys of life.

On the trail, I am as steady as a noble lady’s resolve. My serene and willing nature makes every ride a pleasure. So here I am, Olenna, your sweet and curious companion, ready to embrace all the adventures life has in store. Thank you for being a part of my story!
