We have lessons for all ages, whether you're looking for your first horse experience or want to get back in the saddle!

NOTICE: Private lessons are booked one session at a time as available. The skills we teach are introduced and built on over multiple lessons, do not expect to cover everything in a single session.
Your teacher will focus on the areas that best match your experience and goals. The more you return, the further you and your teacher can reach together! 🙂

Our Philosophy
We believe every horse is an individual worth understanding, no matter how experienced the rider may be. Horses do not all think, react, or learn in the same way, which means good riding cannot always come from following one perfectly structured set of cues.
Our lessons focus riders to pay attention to the horse in front of them. Through activities, games, and everyday moments during the lesson, we talk about what the horse may be communicating, why they responded the way they did, and how the rider can adjust what they are asking.
Over time, riding becomes less about simply knowing what to do and more about understanding when to ask, when to change something, and when to listen.
Our goal is to help riders become thoughtful partners who learn to communicate with and care for the individual horse underneath them.
Meet the Teacher
Miss Ellie 💃🐴☀️🌻
Ellie has been part of our ranch for years, beginning as a volunteer before growing into one of our primary trail guides and horse rehabilitation helpers. She brings years of 4H experience and continues building her knowledge by shadowing professionals in veterinary care, farrier work, massage, chiropractic and osteopathy. She one days wants to become a professional in the equine medical field.
She has developed a strong eye for the individual horse and is known for her patience, soft hands and thoughtful riding. Ellie pays close attention to how each horse responds and adjusts her approach accordingly, making her a wonderful instructor for students learning both riding skills and considerate horsemanship.
