My story 💕

Well, thanks for noticing my page. Name's Ray. Not that it matters, but my story is a little vague. I think I used to race, and probably pulled an Amish carriage too. I guess I got too old because before I knew it, I was in a kill pen. Starry Skies Sanctuary took me away from that kill pen, and then Rise and Ride Ranch gave me my forever home and knew I needed some rehab. I arrived with breathing trouble and feet like lumps of coal. The medicine they give me helps me breathe, and my feet are getting better through careful trims from a specialist.

Don't let my quiet ways fool you, the herd knows I'm the boss 'round here.. But deep down, I'm a softy who likes taking things nice and slow on the trails. Some folks say I remind them of some fella named Eeyore.

I'm quiet and easy to handle with confidence. So, if you want a partner to mosey the trails with…well I guess I’m your guy.
